Here we are waiting in the wings again and will this make a difference.  Well I for one listening to the many sides to this story don't believe we have any less pressure.  The AMC's are acting in the best interest of their clients and the pressure is on.  They are reducing the fees of the appraisers weekly and we're working for typically half of what we did 1-2 years ago and doing more work to complete all REQUIREMENTS from the lenders.  I hope this gets passed over or this problem will stretch to the FHA appraisals as well.  NICE WORK CUOMO, was he an AG or a prior AR appraiser.  Oh thats right he knows nothing of our business...
